I have seen several people incorporate various models of blended learning in a middle school classroom. Most use station rotation, and we know there are several ways to implement the rotation depending on student numbers and needs. The interesting observation that I have made is how many teachers are not comfortable with implementing a teacher station while other stations are taking place. Most teachers share that they do not feel comfortable being tied to one area of the classroom. I know what my thoughts are regarding this but I really want to hear your thoughts... 

Are you having the same thoughts or have you found a way to get past those fears, and if so, what you did to make this work?
